Third Element is me.
I'm Amy Evans, a licensed structural engineer in Laramie, Wyoming. I do the structural engineering, building design and inspections myself, from custom homes and considered renovations to small commercial buildings across Wyoming and Colorado.
Precision, with room for the real world.
The work lives in two worlds: the controlled one of calculations, codes and drawings, and the lived one of materials, jobsites and existing conditions that never quite match the plans. The Third Element mark holds that tension, a precise geometric house above a looser, faded reflection, and everything with my name on it should carry both.
There's no team behind the curtain. When you read a Third Element report, proposal or drawing, you're reading me. I'd rather tell you what I found, what I recommend and what I need from you than dress it up.
