Building design · Laramie and across Wyoming

Plans that work for the people inside them.

From concept sketches through permit-ready drawings, with the structure worked out alongside the plan, not bolted on after it.

What's included

  • Concept sketches and layout options, so you can compare before committing.
  • Permit-ready drawings for houses, additions, renovations and small commercial buildings.
  • The structural engineering in the same set, by the same engineer, so the plan and the structure agree.
  • Feasibility checks for lots and buildings in the City of Laramie: zoning and building code, before you design or buy.

One set of drawings, one engineer

When the design and the structure come from the same desk, the beam fits the ceiling, the wall that moved still carries its load, and the permit set says the same thing on every sheet.

How it works

  1. Consultation. You walk me through what you want to build and where.
  2. Proposal. A written proposal in phases, with a lump-sum fee for each phase.
  3. Concepts. Sketches and layout options to react to, revised within the phase.
  4. Drawings for permit. A coordinated set with the structure included, ready to submit.
